Natural landscapes, for me, are an inspiration for my use of color and form. I am enthralled and seduced by the beach's colors, textures, and smells. Each season brings a new palette and invitation to notice the sublet changes.
My work rarely highlights the beach but is highly influenced by it. The impressions of the changing tides leave a magnificent array of patterns in the sand at high tide and in the dunes after storms.
These pictures were taken on one of my spring walks on Crane Beach the majesty of nature.
